To whom it may concern,

My name is Julie Boyer and I would likle to let you know about your mechanic named Joe Wakim. I honestly think he went above and beyond his duties on Saturday, January 28th when he graciously came out to help me.

To make a long story short, I was driving my friend's Maxima when the car decided to stop running for me. Strangely enough - right beside your dealership! (Almost like it knew.) Anyways, I went inside seeing if anyone could perhaps boost me. That is when Joe offered to come and check the car. The car was acting strange so I asked if I could park it here toll Monday, and the response was positive. Then Joe managed to drive the car into your parking lot. Even just that, was very nice of him. But he didn't stop there, he decided to run a system engine check, so I would have an idea of what the problem might be and be able to enlighten the actual owner of the car. I'm sure your mechanic didn't have to do all this, but he did, and I wanted to point that out.

Joe the mechanic, as I will always remember him, is an asset to your company. Please let him know he is a solid link to the "Innovation" !

Hi (General Sales Manager) Chris (Edwards),

I had been shopping for a vehicle for a couple of months and finally made my purchase in mid-December, last month. I wanted to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the outstanding service that I received from one of your sales representatives, Melissa McIlquham.
