The Armada has the power and size to accommodate whatever owner's ask of Nissan's flagship SUV.
The Armada seats up to eight people and is available in either rear- or four-wheel drive. Class leading towing capability comes from a 317-hp 5.6-liter V8 mated to a five-speed automatic. An E85 Flex Fuel Vehicle (FFV) version is available. Standard safety features include electronic stability control, active head restraints, side curtain and front side airbags, and anti-lock brakes with brake assist. The Armada is available in SV, SL, and Platinum trims. The SL and Platinum Editions feature upgraded wheels and exterior trim, as well as Intelligent Key and leather seat trim. The SL and Platinum Editions also include an upgraded Bose® stereo while the Platinum Edition includes heated seats, moonroof, DVD Entertainment system, navigation system and a 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive.
The 2012 Nissan Armada is a carryover from 2011.
Rated at 305 horsepower and 385 pound-feet of torque, the Endurance V8 uses dual-overhead cams and a variable intake manifold to produce a broad band of power and an impressive 9,100-pound maximum tow rating.
The Armada offers seating for up to eight passengers and easy-to-use, fold-flat second and third-row seats.
With its athletic handling, strong acceleration, and striking styling, the Nissan makes a strong case for itself in the large SUV arena.
The big Nissan will offer four-wheel drive, stability-control system, traction control, and tire-pressure-monitoring sensors.
The Armada has a 123.2-inch wheelbase and an overall length over 17 feet, with close to 100 cubic feet of storage capacity with both second- and third-row seating folded flat.
